1、 DWT series monopole centrifugal fan
Product characteristics:
DWT series monopole centrifugal fan is low noise, small air flow capacity, middle and low pressure, low power and
energy-saving. The fan is axial single suction admission, direct connection, compact configuration and balanced running.
When need highly pure air, shall install filter screen in the inlet.
Product application:
The series fan is applied for air feeding of glass tube forming, cooling of glass feed channel, blow-drying the cable
machinery forming, air feeding of mineral cotton tile forming machinery and applied for nozzle atomizing of gas and
fuel, combusion-supporting of coal of all kinds of medium and small sized smith forge, heat treatment furnace, it is
extensive use In others fields(such as hirh temperature blower,coal gas blowdown fat etc).

2、 JWT type series single pole centirfugal fan
Product characteristics:
JWT type series single pole centirfugal fan is a kind of energy-saving fan with the characteristics of low noise,
hingh wind pressure, low wind quantity, and low energy consumption. The fan is suction type, axial admisson,
the drive method is direct type, runs steady, structure compaction. Tis is a kind of new type energy-saving fan in
the medium and small –sizing fan fields in our country.
Product application:
This series fan mainly used on the tube drawing machine, forth machine, and for fuel gas burner pulverization and
combustion-supporting of the coal of smith furnace, incinertor, heat treatment, roasting furnace, dry furnace, glass
feed tank furnace, and annealing furnace.

3、 2JWT series twin-stage centrifugal fan
Product characteristics:
2JWT series twin-stage tubro microsound centrifugal fan is the latest mode and energy-saving fan embodies the feature of
low air flow capacity , high wind pressure, attractive appearance and balanced running. This fan is axial twin-stage single
suction admission, directly connected with adynchronous motor. The figuration is compact, Due to the change of technical
requirement, cast iron, cast aluminium, steel plate can be chosen as the material of the shell respectively. The capacity of this
fan reaches or approaches advanced international standards, SPL of center frequency of octave band reach the national
environmental protection standard.
Product application:
This series fan is applied for nozzle atomizing of gas and fuel, combustion-supporting of coal of medium and small sized heating
furnace, heat treatment furnace, smelter hearth, incinerator, roasting oven of ceramics and shuttering, smith forge, annealing

6、RKT-A Ⅱtype series hot circulation fans
Product characteristics:
1. Being used in high temperature section and heat preservation section and slow cool section for regular reducing
temperature and guarantee uniform furnace temperature.
2. It depends on the adjustment of cooling air on the top of cooling air cabinet to adjust cold blast rate to guarantee and
neutralize temperature in furnace, and fans mix and transfer continuously to make the furnace temperature uniform.
3. The main parts of the fan are made of fire resistant material which can work during 200º C-350º C and don't change
the shape.
4. The fire resistant motor needn't any cooling fluid.
5. Infuse regularly complex lithium base grease 7019-1 to protect motor bearings, which has characteristics as follows:

7、RKT-A Ⅲ type series hot air exchange fan
Product characteristics:
(1)The fan is designed according to the non-standard furnace model and used in guide flow device
(2)It can outlet air in single direction and also can outlet air in two directions
(3)The cover of the fan (fluid director) can fix in the furnace, also can use at the outside of the furnace
(4)The motor and impeller can maintain and fix through the pilot hole on the panel
(5)The fan can fix vertically or horizontally
(6)It can work continuously within the temperature of 100-800º C.
